FRC Queue is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information to the extent possible. In particular, we do not re-distribute or sell personal information collected on our website.
FRC Queue uses forms to collect phone numbers used to notify FRC event participants. Contact information received is used only to send notifications relating to the event for which it was collected and will not be sold to another party. Phone numbers are deleted within 7 days of the conclusion of an event but may be present in logs & backups for up to 30 additional days.
Users may log in via Google to access secure content. The email address associated with your Google account may be stored in order to grant edit access for particular events. To request your email be removed from all FRC Queue systems, email contact@frcqueue.com.

FRC Queue does not associate this data to individual user identities.
FRC Queue may use "cookies" in order to keep track of user sessions. Sensitive personal information is not stored within cookies.
FRC Queue will not sell personal information to third-party organizations.

Our storage and processing of youth data meets the requirements set forth by the United States of America's Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to create accounts or provide personal data on our site. If we learn that we have personal data obtained directly from a child under 13 we will delete that data as soon as possible. If you believe we have collected data on a child under age 13, notify us at contact@frcqueue.com.
